RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If something isn’t quite right, returning or exchanging your Duckfeet is simple.
Once your return arrives, we’ll process it as quickly as possible and keep you updated.

1. Register
Click “Open Return Portal” below to get started. Enter your order number and email, choose your item(s), select a reason and follow the steps – including exchange if needed.
2. Pack
Place your items securely in suitable packaging to protect them during transport.
If possible, use the original packaging.
3. Label
Once your return is registered, you will receive a return label by email.
If your label includes a QR code, simply show it at the parcel shop – no printing needed. Otherwise, print and attach the label clearly to your parcel.
4. Send
Drop off your parcel with the carrier specified on your return label and keep your receipt. You can track your return as it makes its way back to us.

Our customer support is available Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am–3:00 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am–1:00 pm (Central European Time - CET). We aim to respond within 24 hours.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return arrives, we process it as quickly as possible. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a few days to appear depending on your provider.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs depend on your location and will be shown when you register your return in the portal.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes – you can request an exchange directly in the return portal.
What if I can't find my country in the Return Portal?
If your country is not listed in our return portal, you can still return your order. Simply send your parcel using your preferred shipping provider.
Please include your order number inside the parcel so we can identify and process your return. Returns must be sent directly to our address – we are unable to collect parcels from parcel shops.
