We offer delivery via GLS to pickup points and home addresses.
Free shipping applies to orders over 500 DKK / 70 EUR within the EU.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to courier issues.
6. Returns and refunds
You may return products within 90 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
7. Warranty and liability
Our products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects.
We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
